HVAC Grammar School

March 26, 2010 Posted by AdminMan Human Resources, Sales 1 Comment

People judge us by the words we use. Fair or not, society makes snap judgments on things like intelligence, honesty, and more . . . after only a few moments of conversation. In my experience, nowhere is this more true than with a heating and air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical business. Our HVAC Grammar School document was designed to get business people, and their co-workers, to replace “forbidden” words and phrases with suggested alternatives.

Doctors, police, engineers, lawyers and other professions have their own professional vocabulary. This list includes improper words along with their replacement. Use this page to create a more professional vocabulary.
